Summer 2008 is now "officially" over... I'm both sad and excited on its implication... Sad because the "real" work is about to start and for the same reason, I'm also excited.. (am I making any sense?.. hehe)
But how was my summer 2008? It was GREAT for a lot of reasons!!!
1. I still can't believe till now that I was able to go out of the country at the start of the summer vacation.. to the entire Bird Family, my sincerest gratitude!
2. Summer classes.. handling grade 6 and Year 1 summer classes was a real challenge and frustrating at times, but it was definitely another learning experience for me. And to the students of batch 1 & 2 of the orientation class, welcome to the Montessori Family!
3. To my "ate" and the her 3 cousins (Joseph, Vanessa and especially RJ) thanks for making my summer extra special. Having new friends and knowing more my "ate" surely made my summer unforgettable.
4. Moro Gym.. it was also fun seeing familiar faces while working out and trying to lose weight (which I hope I did even just a little.. hehe). And what made it great was seeing Chris Tiu (wwwwwaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!)
5. Subic Outing was real fun! Going to Palan Shrine really made us burn some fats. Marketing for our meals in Olongapo market was fun.. [i miss going to the market though with my mom.. =( ]. At the corsair house.. preparing the ingredients, cooking, eating, washing the dishes made us all feel at home (the bulalo and bicol express were really good! The ampalaya con carne was superb!). The most fun part is the videoke till we fall asleep and another videoke session in the morning that became our exercise. To everyone who joined in the Subic outing, I'm so glad to have spent May 24-25 with you!
6. Summer Sports fest.. GO GREEN TEAM!!! It was really fun to be playing again the sports I love so much and winning made me love the game even more.. Mighty Green Team was unbeatable! The Max's packed lunch was great to share with all the members of this great team!
7. And to top all these, to the person who was able to see more of me and loved me just the same, you are the reason why my summer is far greater than all my summers... thanks a lot!

I'm very happy to know that you very much enjoyed you're summer. It's great that you were able to make new friends and get close with more people. Being part of you're summer and making it more enjoyable and unforgettable for you has been really great. It's was nice to get to know you more this summer, I don't regret any of the days I made kulit with you :)
It's nice to know that you enjoyed the company of my very makukulit na cousins. I'm sure they're also happy that they met a very kind and fun person like you. (they hope to see you soon btw, hehe)
