June 7, 2008 - Kuya and I agreed that we meet in Jollibee Buendia at 6am. But as usual, he didn't follow the time we first set. I was about to leave the house when he texted that he just woke up!!! So as not to ruin a nice Saturday morning, I just decided to write a blog while waiting for time to pass.
When at last we saw each other in Jollibee (they arrived there first and even told me I was late!.. thick face.. hahaha!!!) we had first our breakfast (I had my fave longganisa meal, large pineapple juice without ice) and chatted bout his Galera outing. When we were all set, we then went in the bus. After like 5 minutes of "boarding", we left already. While in the bus with an unknown seatmate, I was accompanied by Mychal and Jane through text (although i fall asleep once in awhile that made me reply late to their texts, sorry guys).
When we arrived in Tanauan, Kuya and I looked for BPI to check if we have our salary already.. And after finding one and withdrawn some money, we went to Red Ribbon to buy a cake we gave to Tita Precy. Then we bought flowers for mama and candles. We then visited her and said a little prayer and "talked" to her. I miss my mom so much!!!!
At last at Tita Precy's house.. we gave respect to our titos and titas by pagmamano.. and kissed our cousins. It was so nice to see a videoke machine and since we are really a "singing" clan, we sang our hearts out! hahaha! And since it was fiesta, there are a lot of food and very yummy at that! I first controlled what I eat coz I know we will still be visiting other relatives and will be "required" to eat. True enough, every house we went to, I had to explain that they don't have to prepare food for us since we are full already (at least I was) from the 2nd house we went (Ate Lyn's). I ate a lot of steamed fish that I like so much and drank a glass of concentrated pineapple juice! I was craving for ice cream though that in every house we went I told them that I'll eat if they have ice cream.. hahaha! (i was hyper coz of my being so full and I became thick faced too.. hahahah!) We stayed long in Tita Belen's house and chatted with Kuya Valdwin.
We were all sweaty from walking from house to house. Our last stop was at Tito Ikoy's house... It was really fun playing with Kian and ZL. Back at Tita Precy's house, we freshen up and fixed our baon. Our cousins were sad that we had to leave and not stay for the night.
Looking back, the entire visit was real fun except the bye part. We promised though that we will still visit them another occasion that will come.
